Welcome to the Electric Plant Board of the City of Vanceburg, a friendly river city.  We are a municipal located in Vanceburg, Lewis County, Kentucky.  We currently serve customers in Lewis and Greenup Counties. 

Proudly, our company has been serving our community since 1939.  We have grown successfully throughout our years of service and we now provide utilities such as electric, water, sewer, and gas to our service area. 

The employees, superintendent, and board members strive to provide utilities at a reasonable price along with quality service to our valued customers.
